Agitate - # 6 Fall 2005
A debut demo from Copenhagen's NUCLEAR DEATH TERROR. Eight tracks
of total fucking raw crust punk with dual male guttural vocals.
This has a really early UK influenced crust sound, reminding me
of bands like DOOM and EXTREME NOISE TERROR. Lyrics are political
with a big emphasis on war, state control and the destruction
of the planet. The sound quality is fucking excellent, really
well recorded and comes packaged in a great looking inlay sleeve.
Definitely one of the best demos I've heard in a long time and
great to see this released on cassette. Fucking excellent stuff.
Don't miss this one!
Not Enough distro list:
Think State of fear think fucking awesome crust this time from
Copenhagen/Ungdomshuset, this is brilliant crust hardcore from
the danish pluton, I definitely hope for more in the future.
crust-demos:
NDT in their demo tape mix the d-beat crustcore of Doom with some
metallic elements in a amazing combination. The guitars are downtuned,
aggressive and violent, the rhythm section is full of energy and
moves fast while the vocals are deep low howls. The tracks are
fast followed by some slower emotional parts, there are some slow
apoclayptric crust intros, the lyrics are about war, destruction
of planet, state control and the sound quality is fucking good,
sounding almost like an official release. |
